• WhatsApp messages - Voice notes and texts you send to our bot
• HubSpot data - Access to your CRM via OAuth (only what you authorize)

How We Use It

• To provide the service (transcribing voice notes, updating your CRM)
• To send you product updates and onboarding emails
• To improve the product

What We Don't Do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Store voice notes longer than needed for processing
• Access HubSpot data beyond what's needed for updates

Third-Party Services

We use:

• OpenAI - For transcription and text processing
• HubSpot - Your CRM (via your OAuth authorization)
• SendGrid - For sending emails

Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow security best practices. Your HubSpot OAuth tokens are stored securely.

Your Rights

You can request to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
